Dr Matthew Yap
ICAO/ IMO Consultant
Dr Matthew Yap advises international airports and construction companies for Changi East (CE) three runway and Terminal 5 development. Dr Yap completed the ICAO-ACI AMPAP Programme and is certified as ICAO National and Aerodrome Inspector, AVSEC PM and Safety Management System. Dr Yap is also certified PFSO, CSO and SSO and advises on container port design and port audit.
Victor Gomez
IATA and Air Operations
Victor Gomez served the Republic of Singapore Airforce for over 25 years as an Air Traffic Control officer. Conversant with both civil and military airspace and airbase operation. Victor advises airport and runway construction companies, airports and airlines. Victor is a certified IATA trainer and trains both muliti national corporations and civil aviation officials worldwide.
